These Terms and Conditions apply to the Layers: Daily Word Puzzle mobile application, referred to in this document as the "Application." The Application is provided by Hidden Layer Labs LLC, referred to as the "Service Provider," as a freemium mobile application.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Application.
Use of the Application
You may use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract the source code of, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application or any part of it.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, design rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of Hidden Layer Labs LLC.
Freemium Service, Ads, and Subscriptions
The Application is offered as a freemium service. Some features may be available for free, while other features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
The Application may display advertisements through third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases may be offered through the Apple App Store and/or other supported app stores. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store according to its own terms and policies. RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription status, purchase status, and access to paid features.
The Application does not offer a free trial unless one is clearly shown to you at the time of purchase through the applicable app store. If no free trial is shown at checkout, your subscription begins according to the purchase terms displayed by the app store.
You are responsible for reviewing the subscription price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation rules before completing a purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. These services may include:

Personal Data
The Application may store and process personal data that you provide or that is collected automatically in order to provide and improve the service. Please review the Application's Privacy Policy for more information about what data may be collected, how it is used, and how third-party services may process data.
Device Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Doing so may expose your device to malware, viruses, security vulnerabilities, or cause the Application to stop functioning correctly.
Internet Connection and Device Requirements
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The connection may be provided by Wi-Fi or by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function properly due to lack of internet access, poor connection quality, device issues, or exhausted data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms may apply. You may be charged for mobile data usage, roaming, or other network-related fees. You are responsible for any such charges.
If you are not the bill payer for the device used to access the Application, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer to use the Application.
Accuracy and Availability
The Service Provider works to keep the Application useful, accurate, and available. However, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Application.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time. You may need to download updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated or supported for your specific device or operating system.
The Service Provider may terminate or restrict access to the Application at any time. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end, and you must stop using the Application.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
